The Detroit Dunham Legacy Project
July 28, 2006 will forever mark the day that DETROIT celebrated the Life and Legacy of the late Ms. Katherine Dunham. Now that the Tribute is over the work MUST continue. The Detroit Dunham Legacy Project has pledged to continue the work that Ms. Dunham has begun. Dunham WILL be a household name. As Miss Dunham would say, "Dunham is a Way of Life." BIOGRAPHY
Keith is the proud recipient of the Katherine Dunham Dance Award. He has co-starred with Billy Daniels and has worked with Melba Moore, Ruby Dee,. Diana Ross, Vivian Reed, Willam Warfield, Avon Long, Archie Savage, and the vivacious talents of Eartha Kitt and Tina Turner. He has had the honor and privilege to work with directors and choreographers such as Ossie Davis, Gracielle Danielle, Henry Le Tang, Bob Fosse and his mentor Katherine Dunham.
